About the Founder
Jeff Fischer, the founder of this company, relentlessly pursues excellence and innovation in both life and leadership. He channels his energy into meaningful endeavors that exemplify these values. His leadership journey started at the age of six when he joined the Scouts, and by 18, he earned his Eagle Scout—a testament to his passion, dedication, and perseverance. Scouting instilled in him the core principles of the Scout Oath and Scout Laws, which continue to guide his personal and professional life.
At 19, Jeff joined Microsoft in 1998, where he contributed to MSN during its peak as one of the most widely used internet services of the early 2000s. At Microsoft, he attended classes in performance tuning and optimization, gaining a deep understanding of the SQL Server product's internals. This training, combined with hands-on experience, primed him to deliver performance architectures services to the software industry.
