Your Subscription Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your subscription within 30 days of Your nearest billing cycle without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling a subscription is prior to the beginning of the next billing cycle subscribed to the Service. After the next billing cycle you may only request a refund for the nearest biling cycle.

Once your cancellation request is received, We will process your refund no later than 30 days after the request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the original subscription, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- The subscription must be canceled prior to the beginning of the next billing cycle.
- The requested refund month must be the nearest billing cycle.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed 30 days of your cancellation request. Your refund can only be refunded to the source account of the latest payment transaction.
Consequences of a Completed Refund Request
The following are the consequences of requesting a refund of services:
- Services will be terminated immediately upon execution of a refund request.
- Services may not be requested again for 12 consecutive calendar months from the date of completed refund.
