Frequently Asked Questions
What if I choose the wrong plan?
No problem. You can upgrade, downgrade, or even cancel your plan at any time from your Admin Panel. For now, choose a plan that seems like the best fit, and we can change things as we learn more about your business and your needs. Or, contact us and we will help you select a plan.
Are there contracts or commitments?
No. In fact, you can change or cancel your plan at anytime. Options to switch and cancel are located in the Admin Panel you will have access to once you sign up for a plan.
What are my payment options?
Online payment options include all major credit cards and PayPal. We only offer monthly plans.
How many team members can I add to my plan?
As many as you’d like as there are no team member restrictions, just other technical limitations.
Once you select a plan and complete the account creation and checkout process, you will be given access to your Admin Panel. There, you will be able to invite team members and assign permissions for each. We do not charge per team member.
What happens after I select a plan and submit payment?
When you reach the Confirmation page (the last step of the Get Started process), you will find a button labeled “Account Home” that will take you to your Admin Panel.
There, you will be able to view your plan and payment information, invite team members, and edit your contact preferences. Once we begin conducting performance analysis on your site, someone from our team will contact you to discuss next steps.
